Songquan Huang is the General Manager of the Electrical and Physics Division II at Shanghai Patent & Trademark Law Office, LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Tongji University, and has over twenty years of experience in patent agency.
 She holds qualifications as a patent attorney, litigation agent, and one of the first senior intellectual property lawyers in Shanghai. Her practice covers Chinese and overseas patent applications, patent search and layout, patent invalidation and litigation, with in-depth expertise in cutting-edge technologies such as semiconductors, artificial intelligence, network communications, image processing, computer science, and medical devices. She currently serves as a member of the Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO), a council member of the China Chapter of the Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and a member of the Patent Professional Committee of the China Intellectual Property Research Association. She was recognized as one of the "Top 1000 Patent Individuals in the World" (IAM Patent 1000). She has participated in numerous visiting scholar exchanges at top US law firms and Fortune 500 companies, and has also visited Europe, Japan, South Korea, and other countries and regions, accumulating rich international intellectual property practice experience.
