Ms Yi Huang joined vivo in April 2022 as General Counsel, currently responsible for corporate legal and policy research and intellectual property litigation. Yi Huang holds a PhD in Law from Wuhan University, possessing an interdisciplinary background in science, engineering, and law. With nearly 20 years of experience in the domestic legal profession, Yi Huang has a considerable familiarity with China's intellectual property judicial system and has accumulated rich experience and systematic insights into intellectual property policy in the field of corporate intellectual property operations.
