Mr. Justin Shi currently works in the Intellectual Property and Licensing Department at Ericsson as the Director of Intellectual Property Litigation.

He is responsible for the company's intellectual property litigation affairs in China and has managed influential litigation cases in the industry. He also participates in the development and execution of the company's patent litigation strategies and analyzes the relationship between potential licensees' products and services and Ericsson's industry-leading patent portfolio. He also supports the company's business related to intellectual property policies in China.

Prior to joining Ericsson in 2015, he served as a patent attorney at Sony Mobile and an intellectual property advisor at LG. Mr. Shi has over ten years of patent practice experience, and in addition to his current litigation responsibilities, he has worked on promoting innovation, patent applications, patent portfolio management, infringement risk assessment, patent licensing, open-source software licensing, customs and cybersecurity protection of intellectual property, and the review and drafting of intellectual property-related agreements.

Mr. Shi graduated from the Law School of Renmin University of China and holds Chinese patent agent and legal professional qualifications.
