She has extensive experience representing almost all major patent holders of essential communication standard patents globally. With nearly a decade of experience, she has handled numerous dispute resolution cases for clients both domestically and internationally, including patent infringement, antitrust litigation, FRAND (fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory) litigation, and trade secret litigation. She also possesses rich practical experience in intellectual property licensing, providing licensing strategy support to numerous companies.
