Saya Choudhary is a graduate of Delhi University with a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Physics. She completed her law degree from Delhi University and graduated in 2007. She has also completed postgraduate diploma courses in IPR Law and Securities and Banking Laws. She heads one of the patent litigation teams, which primarily deals with patent litigation and has handled various landmark cases. She has extensive experience in disputes pertaining to Standard Essential Patents. She also has experience in negotiating and executing FRAND licensing deals on behalf of SEP owners.
