Igor Carvalho Rocha is Head of Antitrust Analyses at CADE (Brazil’s Antitrust Authority), specializing in mergers and acquisitions and unilateral conduct. He leads complex cases of national impact.  

 

He is a career public servant and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Brasília and a Bachelor’s degree from the Federal University of Bahia. He also holds postgraduate specializations in Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and in Public Policy from the National School of Public Administration.
