Personal Profile

Yingyan LI is the founder of LI & N IP, which providing global and customized intellectual property legal services. With 23 years of experience in the intellectual property industry, she has been invited to deliver nearly a hundred practical speeches by government departments, including the Patent Offices, as well as associations such as JIPA and KINPA. In her presentations, the topics covered from global patent applications to invalidation, litigation, and AI-related patents, and she has delivered her professional insights with native-level Japanese and Korean as well as Chinese. Prior to founding LI & N IP, she worked for two well-known patent firms in China and Japan and accordingly accumulated extensively practical experience in both countries. She also has successfully provided high-quality legal services to numerous Fortune Global 500 companies. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and a Master of Laws degree from Waseda University in Japan.
