Since joining the LexisNexis IP , Peter Lu has focused on the marketing of intellectual property products and services in the China region. He provides patent data, patent search, patent analysis, U.S. patent application drafting, U.S. intellectual property litigation support, and patent data services to various government departments, intellectual property firms, enterprises, and research institutions.

Over the years, he has actively participated in various intellectual property events and related projects, delivering speeches and providing relevant reports.

He graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Subsequently, he earned his MBA from Peking University and the National University of Singapore. In his daily work, he focuses on integrating innovation methodologies with patent analysis and has obtained a TRIZ Level 3 certificate issued by the RDMI.

He holds a special interest in the field of intellectual property, particularly patents. He is a co-author of Patent Analysis (Second Edition) and has published papers in journals such as China Invention & Patent, Competitive Intelligence, and Science Focus.

He has also been selected as a member of expert panels for overseas intellectual property dispute resolution in multiple provinces and cities.
