National Intellectual Property Leading Talent; Expert in the Expert Database of the National Intellectual Property Administration, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Sichuan Provincial Intellectual Property Office; Intellectual Property Rights Protection and Assistance Expert of Sichuan Province; Intellectual Property Dispute Mediator of the China Patent Protection Association.  

Responsible for the intellectual property management of Sichuan Changhong Company. Primarily engaged in intellectual property management in the field of electronic information, including patent portfolio planning, patent licensing, and patent operation. Conducts communication, negotiation, and licensing work with numerous patent holders domestically and internationally. Maintains close relationships with industry peers in the electronic information sector worldwide and participates in multiple patent technology collaborations. Led the completion of over 20 intellectual property-related research projects.  

Serves as a Council Member of the AVS Patent Pool Management Committee and participates in intellectual property policy research within domestic and international standard-setting organizations.  

Holds the position of Director of the Intellectual Property Professional Committee of the China Video Industry Association and Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Committee of the China Electronics Standardization Association. Coordinates intellectual property research, patent analysis and early warning, licensing negotiations, and dispute resolution for domestic color television industry enterprises. Engages in collaborative technology research and contributes to the establishment of the China Color Television Patent Pool.
