Song Jian, former member of the Adjudication Committee and Presiding Judge of the Intellectual Property Division (2008~2016) of the Jiangsu Provincial High People’s Court, served as a Second-Level Senior Judge and Deputy Inspector. Since 2004, he has specialized in intellectual property adjudication and has published dozens of articles in journals such as *Chinese Journal of Law*, *Intellectual Property*, *Journal of Law Application*, *People’s Judicature*, *China Patents & Trademarks*, and *Technology IP Finance*. In 2012, he was selected as one of the first batch of “National Leading Talents in Intellectual Property.” In 2014, he was recognized as a “National Expert in Trial Practice” by the Supreme People’s Court.
