Lili Wu specializes in end-to-end patent portfolio management and rights enforcement, with extensive experience in managing patent portfolios for large and medium-sized multinational corporations both in China and globally. She excels in enhancing patent value and providing corporate intellectual property management and consulting services. Her practice spans diverse industries including consumer electronics, internet, telecommunications, information technology, automotive, medical devices, machinery manufacturing, and new energy.

With over two decades of practice, Wu Lili has handled numerous patent invalidation cases, administrative lawsuits, and civil litigations. She has represented clients in more than six retrial cases before the Supreme People's Court. Her work in patent authorization, validation, and enforcement has been recognized as exemplary, with multiple cases selected by the Supreme People's Court as landmark cases and by the Beijing High People's Court as innovative precedents.

Lili Wu is also an active participant in international intellectual property organizations, where she leads and contributes to research projects, report drafting, and speaks at global conferences. She has been consistently recognized for her expertise, being listed as a leading IP lawyer in China by Chambers from 2015 to 2019 and as an IP Star by MIP from 2017 to 2020. In 2018, she was named one of China's Top 15 Intellectual Property Lawyers by ALB.

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Lili Wu worked at the Patent and Trademark Office of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade for 21 years.
